Dear Contractor
Pontesbury Parish Council would like to invite you to quote for the refurbishment of the public toilets in the village.
Please see link to the specification for costing below.  You will see that some items have a couple of options.  The Council would appreciate prices for each to enable them to determine their preferred option.
Also attached are the most recent asbestos survey and a copy of the letter from Shropshire Council building control.  An electrical survey has been commissioned and can be made available to any interested parties as soon as practicable.
